The Process

Shopping The Range

  1. You pick your pieces and add them to your order form
  2. If there are any customisation requests, add the details to your order notes
  3. Send off your order form and you'll hear back via email or phone within 1-3 business days to discuss lead times and delivery. For standard pieces the expected lead time is 2-3 weeks from the deposit being paid, but this may vary. Customisations on standard pieces will add time for additional design and consultation, and we'll discuss the additional fees for such.
  4. After our initial consult, we'll send you an invoice for a 50% deposit.
  5. We'll keep you updated along the way and set a time for delivery on completion. NOTE: At this stage, Tesoro will only deliver to the Metropolitan Sydney area. We'll invoice for the other 50%, and Zac (Tesoro owner) will hand deliver your piece and a care package for it, and will construct the pieces in your space for you. 

Custom Pieces

    1. Contact Tesoro through the form on the Contact page
    2. Zac will contact you and work with you to understand your needs and wants to create your envisioned piece. He'll use drawings and CAD models to show you his design, and upon agreeing on one we'll send an invoice for a 50% deposit.
    3. We'll keep you updated along the way and set a time for delivery on completion. We'll invoice for the other 50%, and Zac will hand deliver your piece and a care package for it, and will construct the pieces in your space for you.
